Service Pricing Information

📍 Call-Out Fee – Fixed & Transparent

  • Our flat rate of £65, payable upfront by card, covers:

  • Travel and technician visit

  • Up to 1.5 hours of labour by a certified technician

  • Applies to both domestic and commercial jobs

🔧 Most Repairs Completed Within the Call-Out

  • Based on past service calls, around 50–60% of repairs (e.g. loose wires, jammed fans, sensor reattachments) are fully completed within the 1.5-hour visit, with no additional labour or part charges.

​

🧩 Additional Parts – Only If Required

  • If replacement parts are needed, prices are:

  • Sensors: from £15

  • Typical range: £15–£225

  • Domestic repairs: capped at £275 total for parts and labour

  • Commercial units: May exceed £275, depending on complexity

👉 All additional costs are quoted first—nothing proceeds without your approval.

💬 Full Cost Clarity – No Hidden Fees

  • £65 covers travel, diagnosis, and up to 1.5 hours of labour

  • Any extra parts are quoted separately

  • If a return visit is needed, we aim for same-day service whenever possible

⏱ Extra Time – Rarely Needed – Optional & Pre-Approved

  • If more time is needed beyond the included 1.5 hours:

  • Additional labour is £30/hour

  • Or we can reschedule at no extra call-out cost

  • You’ll always be informed and asked before continuing​
