3. Services Offered
Coolservice Refrigeration Limited specialises in the repair, servicing, and maintenance of refrigeration systems. Our services include diagnostics, repairs, replacement of parts, and routine maintenance of commercial and residential refrigeration units. All our engineers hold full City and Guilds Level 2 qualifications in Refrigeration and City and Guilds Hydrocarbon qualifications.

4. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is required prior to booking or upon the technician’s arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon.
An invoice will be produced upon receipt of payment.


5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Call-Out Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Labour: Not covered under any warranty claim.
Reconditioned Parts: Covered for 90 days.
New Parts: Covered under a 12-month warranty.
Allow up to 5 working days for a response to refund and cancellation requests.
All requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing to coolservicegb@gmail.com.


6. User Obligations
A call-out fee is payable upon our technician’s arrival at the service address.
Payment for parts may be required upfront before the commencement of any repair work.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when scheduling a service.


7. Data Collection and Privacy
All user data is stored on our website provider, Wix (please refer to Wix's data collection and privacy policy for how they handle users' data). We do not forward any user data to third parties without obtaining written permission from the user.

8. Limitation of Liability
Coolservice Refrigeration Limited holds full liability insurance for the services we provide. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the refrigeration unit is accessible and in a condition that allows us to perform the requested service.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coolservice Refrigeration Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom intellectual property laws.
